The first batch of JARAY ring die pellet machines sent to Vietnam by Liyang JARAY Machinery were shipped to help upgrade the biomass energy industry in Southeast Asia
On March 1, 2025, JARAY Machinery announced today that the first batch of equipment of its self-developed JARAY vertical ring die pellet machine officially departed for Vietnam, which will be applied to local biomass fuel production projects in Vietnam. This cooperation not only marks the further expansion of China’s high-end environmental protection equipment into the Southeast Asian market, but also injects new momentum into the improvement of Vietnam’s renewable energy industry chain.
The performance of the equipment is adapted to the needs of the Vietnamese market and promotes the green energy transition
JARAY vertical ring die pellet machine is the core product of JARAY Machinery, which has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, strong adaptability to raw materials, etc. The equipment can process a variety of biomass raw materials such as wood chips, straw, palm shells, etc., with a production capacity of 0.8–1 tons/hour, and reduce energy consumption by more than 30% through a fully automated inverter feeding system. Its modular design allows for rapid tool changeovers and can produce pellet fuel with a diameter of 6–8 mm to meet the diverse needs of the Vietnamese market.
In recent years, Vietnam has listed biomass energy as a key development area, but the utilization rate of agricultural waste is less than 30%, and there is an urgent need for efficient conversion technology. With its high cost performance and low maintenance cost, JARAY Machinery’s ring die pellet machine has become a key equipment for Vietnamese enterprises to upgrade their production capacity. According to industry analysis, the scale of Vietnam’s biomass fuel market is expected to exceed US$1.5 billion in 2025, and the demand for equipment will continue to grow.
Supply chain opportunities under the wave of manufacturing transfer in Vietnam
As a hotspot for global industrial transfer, Vietnam has attracted a large amount of manufacturing investment, especially in the fields of electronics, automobiles, textiles and other fields. JARAY Machinery’s export strategy is in line with the needs of Vietnam’s local supply chain – its core equipment components rely on the support of China’s mature industrial chain, which can quickly respond to maintenance and spare parts supply and reduce customers’ operational risks. In addition, the Vietnamese government has attracted foreign investment through tax incentives and land policies, providing market space for environmental protection equipment suppliers.
